Our Technical Due Diligence Reports provide an Executive Summary covering critical and high-risk items discovered during our site inspection and review of maintenance records and data.
Each service is then described in detail to provide a full understanding of the purpose and functionality of each system within each building service. Commentary is provided on the condition of each item of equipment and any risks identified. A photographic record of critical items and defects is also provided.
The TDD report is structured to allow for a detailed understanding of each building services’ condition and remaining economic life down to individual equipment level. Inter-dependency between specific items of equipment is also identified to allow for a holistic replacement strategy. Where obsolete equipment is identified commentary is provided for the reason(s) the equipment has become obsolete and current available technologies are discussed.
Data is drawn from several sources to determine the economic life of each item of equipment including Rawlinson’s Construction Guide, Australian Institute of Refrigeration Air Conditioning and Heating publications and the National Construction Code.
